Beat the Pack: Tobacco Free for Life!

Join us for an hour long, 3 week nicotine cessation workshop that will give you the tools and support to help you quit the nicotine habit. At the end of the session, participants will identify at least 3 reasons to quit smoking, discuss what to expect when someone quits smoking and discuss at least two methods available to help someone quit smoking.

Three weekly one-hour sessions beginning Monday, October 19 through Monday, November 2, 2020 from 3:30 pm – 4:30 pm.
