Want to challenge yourself to get more exercise and become healthier? Work up to or walk more than 10,000 steps daily. You can sign up individually or as part of a 5-person team. Go head to head with other individuals or teams in your category. Or, just challenge yourself to walk more toward improving your overall health.

Starter: Just beginning to exercise – previously not active.
Contender: You exercise sometimes, but maybe not regularly.
Coach: You exercise regularly and often.
