Hagerstown Shines – November through December 2

Purchase a luminary to honor someone special, to share what you thankful for, what you love about Hagerstown or a resolution for the New Year!

Luminaries will be lit and displayed at the Annual City Park Lighting Event on Friday, December 4 at City Park.

Luminary messages can be viewed online for the month of December.
