This 6 week program will help you take charge of your health. Learn basic information about diabetes and how to manage your blood sugar. Learn self management techniques, recognize the relationship between food and blood sugar levels. Healthy eating and developing action plans as a key to self management. Communicate with physicians and more at our free Living Well workshop. Will meet weekly beginning Friday, September 18 through Friday, October 23, 2020 from 9:00 am – 11:30 am.
