April is Child Abuse Prevention and Alcohol Awareness Month. 

Every April in America, we hold an annual observance to raise awareness of childhood abuse around the country and — a promise to prevent it. Washington County ROSC and Washington Goes Purple is bringing awareness to Alcohol and Child Abuse Prevention Month with a presentation by Maryland Coalition of Families entitled, The Intersection of Alcohol and Child Abuse on Thursday, April 20th from 2:30-3:30p.  This will be a live presentation on the Washington Goes Purple Facebook page.
