Living Well with High Blood Pressure

Did you know that self-care behaviors can help to lower blood pressure? Join us for a free 2 1/2 hour interactive workshop that teaches you the skills and lifestyle modifications that are needed to be in better control of your blood pressure.

Living Well with Chronic Illness

A 6 week self-management workshop that meets once a week for 2 1/2 hours. During this workshop participants learn to self-manage their health by: eating healthier; dealing with pain and fatigue; monitoring health; creating strategies for exercise and more! Locations vary based on date of workshop.

Living Well with Diabetes

This 6 week program will help you take charge of your health. Learn basic information about diabetes and how to manage your blood sugar. Learn self-management techniques, recognize the relationship between food and blood sugar levels, the importance of communication with physicians and loved ones and more.
