Rose Hill Walking Club
About the club: In an effort to promote healthier active lifestyles for the residents of Washington County, Rose Hill Cemetery began a free form walking club, which is now in it's 3rd year. Rose Hill is a beautiful and safe place to exercise. Visit when you want and register at our outdoor podium that you were here and how many miles you walked. We'll tally up your miles and give you prizes for each "MILEstone!" The more you walk the more you win. Prizes will be awarded at 10, 25, and 50 miles.

About the club: The American Volkssport Association (AVA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting regular physical fitness activity for Americans as an essential component of overall good health. Throughout the United States, new AVA clubs are forming everyday, and a new club is now forming for the residents of Washington County, Maryland! The newly formed club call themselves the Antietam Pathfinders and they are looking for more members today! Fairgrounds Park Walking Club
About the club: The city of Hagerstown Parks and Recreation Division has partnered with HEAL of Washington County to provide a free weekly walking group at Fairgrounds Park. Every Saturday, from 9:30 a.m- 10:30 a.m., beginner and intermediate level walkers walk and get the opportunity to ask questions with fitness professionals. To register, please call HEAL at 301-991-0899 or visit healofwashingtoncounty.org. Plan to meet the group at the small pavilion in the grassy area above the Ice Rink. When entering the park from Cleveland Avenue, make your first right into Parking Lot A, following directional signage for soccer and softball fields; the small pavilion will be on the right.
