This one-week special Boot Camp is intended to be a high-intensity training format. Led by one of our personal trainers, each day will represent different workouts challenging different major muscle groups. All fitness levels are welcome.
We reserve the right to cancel class if at least 5 participants have not pre-registered.
Members pay $3 per class, non-members pay $7 per class.
Senior members pay $2 per class, senior non-members pay $5 per class.
