CATCH My Breath Youth Vaping Prevention Program

Free online education for ages 10 – 18 (Grades 5 – 12)

Four weekly lessons that run 30 – 40 minutes each

 CATCH My Breath is a peer-reviewed, evidence-based youth vaping prevention program developed by The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth) School of Public Health.

Have your student join Deb Lehr, MSN, RN with the Meritus Community Health Education and Outreach team as she facilitates this online learning experience to equip your student with a wide range of skills, tools, and knowledge to create a favorable attitude for NOT trying e-cigarettes when he or she is exposed to them.
