About this Event
Being overweight and underactive puts you at risk for developing prediabetes and diabetes. The good news is…. with small weekly changes you can reverse this. Meritus Medical Center is offering the Diabetes Prevention Program- (DPP) Prevent T2 to help you meet your goals of better health and weight loss. This year-long program has proven to decrease your risk of developing diabetes by over 50%.
Join us to find out if this program is right for you! Meet a lifestyle coach who will support you through this journey and help you to better understand healthier eating, how to add physical activity, and how to deal with stressors.

Sessions will then begin on Wednesday, September 27, 2023 and run through September 2024
The program consists of weekly sessions for 16weeks, followed by bi-weekly and monthly support sessions.
