The documentation of health and wellness activities is also a valuable tool for congregational annual reports and tells the story of how parish nursing impacts our community.
Documentation is never a favorite activity, but we hope these forms will make things easier. While any form of documentation may be used for parishioner interaction, our Quarterly Activity Report is standardized for all partnering congregations.
