Are you living with diabetes?
Join diabetes educator Karessa Cameron, RN, BSN, CDCES for our weekly diabetes support group.
What to expect: Open discussion of topics that include nutrition, medication, and other helpful tips, aimed to help manage diabetes.
Cost: FREE
When: Every Thursday from 1:30 – 2:30 p.m.
