Complete the online sessions weekly with support from a Lifestyle Coach to guide you through this journey and help you to better understand healthier eating, how to add physical activity into your lifestyle and how to deal with stressors.
Requirements of the program:
Your Lifestyle coach will offer you weekly tips in your personal portal and may offer Zoom meetings on a weekly basis, as needed, for support and questions.
