Want to challenge yourself to get more physical activity and become healthier?
Build up to walking 10,000 steps OR 20 minutes of moderate physical activity per day. Sign-up individually, but feel free to build a team for accountability! Whether you’re already active or just starting out, this challenge is for anyone to get up and get moving in any way they can.
Participants that submit their weekly stats will be entered into a random drawing for a prize each week. Two grand prizes will be given at the end of the challenge to the most improved and top performer. We’ll be there along the way to offer encouragement and health tips.

When: Wednesday, October 5, 2022
Times: 3:30 pm, 4:30pm, or 5:30pm
Where: Start at the Robinwood Orange entrance and follow the walking path around campus.

Wrap up your Fall Fitness Challenge by attending one of our final walks at 3:30, 4:30 or 5:30pm on November 18, 2022
